Service boundary
Patchfleet Local owns execution and canonical state. Cloud stores a rebuildable sanitized view and queues only documented, expiring, typed intents. Local may reject every intent. Cloud does not provide a generic remote shell or hosted model execution.
Your responsibilities
Protect your account and pairing credentials, keep independent Local backups, review agent plans and gates, comply with provider and repository terms, and never place secrets in Cloud-authored goal, answer, approval, or support fields.
Plans and billing
Local and Cloud Free are available without a paid subscription. Cloud Solo is billed by Paddle at the displayed price and renews until cancelled. Entitlement follows signed Paddle events; failed payment may enter a short grace period and then downgrade to Free without deleting Local data.
Availability and changes
Cloud may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or incidents. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use. Material plan or term changes will be displayed before taking effect.
Account closure
You may export or delete your personal Cloud workspace. Deletion does not stop provider work or erase Local state. Records required for fraud, billing, security, or legal compliance may be retained for the applicable period.
