Operator legal details are incomplete. Production readiness remains closed until they are supplied and reviewed.
Cloud data
Cloud stores your authentication identity, personal workspace and plan, paired-host identity and health, anonymous local-project aliases, installed pack IDs and roles, bounded current work/run/team/agent/task states, notification preferences, typed intents, and receipts.
Data that stays local
Source, diffs, repository names and paths, pack instructions, task text, provider prompts and responses, transcripts, reasoning, tool calls/output, environment variables, secrets, provider credentials, and model keys are forbidden from the default projection.
Owner-authored remote text
A bounded team goal, team label, approval note, or answer you enter in Cloud is stored temporarily as part of the typed intent so Local can apply it. Do not enter secrets or source. These values are not copied back into the Cloud projection.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and PostgreSQL infrastructure; the configured web host serves the application; Paddle is the Merchant of Record when paid billing is enabled; the configured transactional email provider sends opted-in operational notices. Card data is never stored by Patchfleet.
Retention and rights
Free operational actions are retained for seven days; Solo history may be retained for 30 days. Account, security, and billing records may be kept when legally required. You can export the sanitized Cloud record, change notification preferences, or delete the account. Deletion does not alter canonical Local data.
